Well sort of. Chek out this link for making sounds.

I think I could work in one like this! It even has a breakfast bar, which might fit in my kitchen. Just need time to repaint and rearrange! Here’s the link. Colorful, and maybe affordable. Small.

Realized I had run out of coffee. Used some vanilla flavored that John had given me. Don’t like flavored coffee. 8 a.m. and am drinking coke.
It will be hot, I’m sure, but this morning, it’s still ok. Walked around the garden (which, of course, needs work), and found this to share.
Am I in Tahiti? What a great trip that was! From California, it took 10 zillion hours and cost a fortune and that was almost 30 years ago, and I promised I’d go back. Yikes, and I can’t even figure out tickets to Portland, Oregon.
For fun, I think I’ll look up how much it costs to go to Tahiti today…
but I just like it
The original video of Gary Jules’ and Michael Andrews’ cover version of Mad World, was directed by Michel Gondry. Throughout the video, children make animated figures on the sidewalk below. (the song was featured in the movie Donnie Darko. Don’t think I saw it, so I don’t know why this song is so familiar to me.
I like the way the melodies change.
ps: Nick just told me this is a suicide song? And, no, I’m not suicidal…
Dying for a coffin kitchen!
Inspired, I took a picture of my paper issues, shown here with a painted straw basket, on an antique wicker table with a captain’s chair.
Compare this photo with my previous post. What do you think? Will I shake up the design world, or should I stick to writing (that means, of course, more papers. and books).
Martha will like this. Sit books in chairs. I’ll bet stacks of papers will work just as well. I have my stacks standing around. I think I’ll sit them down. And an entire wall of shelves, cabinets, etc.
Here’s the link to the rest of the photos from this shoot.
